Certification Eligibility

To be eligible for ITCI Certification, participants must:

  • Successfully complete the training program

  • Meet the minimum attendance requirements specified for the course

  • Complete the prescribed assessment (MCQ, practical, or case-based as applicable)

  • Adhere to ITCI’s academic and professional conduct guidelines
     

Certificates are issued only to participants who meet the above eligibility criteria.

Certain programs conducted by ITCI may also include additional certification issued by the respective software or course provider (such as Zoho).
