Pavan Kumar Raut, Founder of Innovate Training and Certification Institute (ITCI), brings over 10 years of experience in the finance sector, with a strong background in financial advisory and management.
Over the years, he has worked closely with businesses to help them navigate complex financial landscapes, providing strategic insights, structured solutions, and practical guidance. His exposure to real-world financial challenges highlighted a critical gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
This insight led to the creation of ITCI, an institute designed to empower students and professionals with practical, industry-relevant knowledge, enabling them to perform confidently in today’s competitive and evolving finance environment.

CA Megha Kotecha, Academic Head and Lead Trainer at ITCI, is a Certified Zoho Books Professional and Trainer with more than a decade of experience in accounting, compliance, and practical finance operations.
With a strong command over accounting platforms, real-world workflows, and practical implementation, she plays a key role in designing and delivering ITCI’s training programs. Her approach focuses on hands-on learning, clarity of concepts, and guided execution, ensuring learners can confidently apply their knowledge in professional settings.
